Spokane County/City of Spokane Indoor Water Conservation Program

For the Spokane County/City of Spokane Indoor Water Conservation Program, Ecos created a suite of retail pieces to draw attention to products that qualified for a rebate: ENERGY STAR qualified clothes washers and High Efficiency Toilets. Education was also part of the initiative, and Ecos developed a series of water tips to help consumers look for other ways to save water indoors. The team also created a central Web site that connected the program with consumers and enabled them to submit rebate applications online.
