As Director of Utility Clients, Dave oversees the development of utility relationships across North America. Dave has 25 years of experience in program and project management and business development in the energy, construction and technology industries. Prior to Ecos, Dave spent 14 years with PacifiCorp and developed a strong understanding of the residential and commercial energy efficiency markets. Prior to his current role, Dave led the development of our residential energy efficiency strategy. Dave serves on the Board of the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and is an active participant and speaker in the utility DSM industry. Dave has a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University.
Bradley Ouderkirk

Brad oversees the operations of the Business Solutions division and is responsible for the delivery of Ecos’ climate and sustainability services to corporate customers throughout North America. Brad has a wide-ranging background in environmental and green practices with a foundation in applied economics. Brad has worked with PacifiCorp, the City of Portland Office of Sustainable Development, Household Finance and the Renewable Northwest Project. Brad has a Bachelor of Science in mathematical economics from Wake Forest University and a Master of Economics with an energy and environmental concentration from Portland State University.
