As Vice President of Utility Solutions, Lighting and Products, Dave oversees the development and delivery of lighting and product-based energy efficiency programs across North America. Dave has 25 years of experience in program management and business development in the energy, construction and technology industries. Prior to Ecos, Dave spent 14 years with PacifiCorp where he developed a fundamental understanding of the residential and commercial energy efficiency markets including management of the on-bill financing option for commercial energy efficiency. Prior to his current role within Ecos, Dave led the development of our residential energy efficiency strategy. Dave serves on the Board of the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and is an active participant and speaker in the utility DSM industry. Dave has a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University.
