Healthcare

Our core benefit package consists of medical, dental, vision, prescription and complementary care (includes acupuncture and naturopathic and chiropractic care) coverage. Employees are eligible for healthcare benefits after their first 30 days of employment. We pay 100% of the healthcare premium for regular, full-time employees and offer generous coverage for spouses, domestic partners and dependents. We also offer a modified plan for part-time employees.

Insurance
  • Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Ecos offers term life insurance and AD&D of up to one times an employee’s annual salary, with a maximum benefit of $50,000. Employees may also voluntarily “buy up” for additional coverage.
  • Short Term Disability (STD) Ecos provides STD coverage for 60% of an employee’s annual salary, up to $2,000 per week for up to 11 weeks.
  • Long Term Disability (LTD) Employees may voluntarily add LTD coverage at competitive group rates.
Flexible Spending Accounts

Ecos offers flexible spending accounts, which allow pre-tax funds to be deducted for expenses that normally would be paid for with after-tax dollars. We offer Dependent Care Reimbursement, a Healthcare Spending Account, and a Commute Reimbursement Account for parking and transit expenses.

401(k)

Ecos offers a generous 401(k) retirement plan for all regular, full-time or part-time employees. Following a 90-day introductory period, employees who contribute to their 401(k) will receive matching company contributions that are immediately fully vested.

Paid Time Off

We value a quality work/life balance. Employees accrue paid time off (combined vacation and sick leave) each pay period, depending on the length of their employment, beginning the first day of employment. Employees from 0-2 years of service earn 3 weeks of PTO each year, employees with 2-5 years of service receive 4 weeks, and employees with 5-10 years receive 5 weeks, and employees with 10+ years of service receive 6 weeks.

Paid Holidays

Ecos offers 8 paid holidays each year: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
