As vice president of Human Resources, Julie is responsible for the full span of human resource management at Ecos. Utilizing her 17 years of leadership, talent management and organizational development experience, Julie directs all human resource operations including talent acquisition, employee training and development, leadership development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy, and human resource systems. Julie’s experience also includes over 10 years in the energy industry managing human resource initiatives and teams. As is the case with many of her peers, Julie was drawn to Ecos not only for its corporate mission but, more important, its people. Julie plays the key role of continued attraction, development and retention of our talent – employees who are committed to our mission and value a great workplace culture. Julie’s domestic and international experience with Fortune 500 companies, plus her experience successfully managing her own consulting business, allows her to consistently deliver high-caliber results within a fast-changing, evolving environment. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in business management and human resources management from the School of Business Administration at Portland State University, Portland, Ore.
